Pauline H. (Combs) Davis, 81, of Eastwood, Kentucky formerly of Charlestown, Indiana passed away on January 23, 2016.
Pauline was born on April 3, 1934 in Blackey, Kentucky to the late Joe and Lora (Bailey) Hurd. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Paul Hurd, sisters; Ann Reynolds and Helen Gevedon.
Pauline is survived by her husband Curtis L. Davis of 37 years, brother, Jack Hurd, daughters; Kim (Keith) Chappelle, Lisa (Kevin) Tennill,
Shannon (Paul) Miller-Phillips, Maureen Lawrence, sons; Alan (Jim) Combs, Floyd Michael (Julia) Combs, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, January 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
Her funeral ceremony will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Eastwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Masonic Homes of Shelbyville.
