Paulette Rae (Weaver) Hunley, 76, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022. She was an extremely empathetic person that was always caring for others. Paulette enjoyed visiting with friends and loved her dog, Ziggy.
She was born on September 27, 1945 in New Albany, Indiana to Clifford, Sr. and Josephine (Roberts) Weaver. In addition to her parents, Paulette was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Hunley; and siblings, Linda Waisner, Clifford Weaver, Jr., and Connie Lynch. Paulette is survived by her siblings, Donna Jones (Tom), Perry Weaver; as well as several nieces and nephews; and her friend and caretaker, Kelly Strogher.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
