Paula Rae Smith, 60, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on September 10, 2015. She was employed at the Jefferson County Clerk's Office; she had a passion for art and loved her grandchildren.
Paula was born on August 25, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Ray and Theresa (Kremer) Hughes.
Paula is survived by her sons; Ben Smith, Jr., Jeremy Smith, four grandchildren; Olivia, Evelynn, Melody and Abigail, sisters; Joyce Downing, Gail Crawford, brother, Danny Hughes.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of the services at 5:00 pm Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
Memorial contributions may be made to WHAS Crusade for Children, 520 West Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
