Paula Sue (Bragg) Denton

Paula Sue (Bragg) Denton, aged 74, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Born on November 26, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky, Paula lived a life marked by dedication and service. She retired after over 25 years of diligent work in the compliance department at Baptist Hospital East, where she earned the respect of her colleagues.

Paula was the cherished daughter of the late William and Mary (Payne) Bragg. She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory forward that includes her devoted daughter, Melissa Davania, and her husband, John. Her joy as a grandmother is remembered in her granddaughter, Sophia. Paula also had a close bond with her brother, Paul Allen, and his fiancé, Tricia Smith. Additionally, she is survived by her aunt, Geraldine Wendelgast, and her husband, Mike.

Paula’s family honors her wishes for cremation. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit and contributions will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
