Paul Franklin Tamme, age 70 of Shelbyville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Paul graduated from Seneca High School and attended Florida Bible College, University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky. He loved premium cars, was a sports enthusiast especially for tennis and enjoyed reading and interior design. Paul was a great conversationalist and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice Rudolph and Ruby Pauline McCormick Tamme.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Pam; his father and mother-in-law, Edward William and Joan Patricia Schweitzer; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be12-2pm Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, followed by a celebration of Paul's life at 2pm.

Memorials may be made to The Gideons or Walnut Street Baptist Church.
