He is survived by his former wife and caretaker, Connie Brumleve, Daughters, Debbi Holt, Bethanie Dawes, and Sarah Switzer (Jason), 5 grandchildren, Nicholas Bassett, Jacob, Zack, and Nate Switzer, and Jade Dawes. He is also survived by sisters Charlotte Stiehl and Sheila Rowland, and brother Greg Holt. He was preceded in death by his parents Al and Gerry Holt and brother Ken Holt.
A private service will be held at a later date.
