Paul "Doug" Douglas Belcher, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 22, 1951.
He was preceded in death by his sister; Beverly Lekoff, and his parents, Marel Junior Belcher and Ora Lee Sandefer.
Paul "Doug" is survived by his beloved twin sister; Paula (Walter) Hayes, niece; Dyane (Duane) Walker, great-nephew; Clayton Walker, and a host of other family members and friends who will greatly miss him.
In loving memory of Paul "Doug", contributions may be made to either the Wounded Warriors or Crusade for Children.
