Paul Edward Campbell

Paul Edward Campbell, 80, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Paul was a proud veteran of the United States Navy who served during the Vietnam War and a retired machinist from Naval Ordnance. He was a member and former president of the International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers Local Lodge #830, a member of VFW Post 1832, a member of the American Legion Post 35, and a member of the National Association of Federal Employees Chapter 381. Paul was also honored to be commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel.

He was born on April 26, 1940, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Edward and Loretta (Hanka) Campbell. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Campbell; and sisters, Shirley and Donna Campbell.

Paul is survived by his sons, Neal Campbell, David Campbell (Lisa Lutgring), and Keith Campbell; brother, Eddie Joe Campbell; sister, Mary Senn; the mother of his children, Deloris Jean Campbell; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Graveside Service with full military honors will be at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at New Albany National Cemetery (1943 Ekin Avenue, New Albany, IN 47150). Cremation was chosen following Paul's wishes.
