Paul Alan Bell

Paul Alan Bell, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. A dedicated brother, uncle, and friend, Paul leaves behind cherished memories for all who knew him. A proud graduate of Durrett High School, he excelled in athletics, participating in both football and wrestling. He furthered his education at Western Kentucky University, from which he graduated in 1981. As a skilled carpenter, Paul took immense pride in his work, showcasing his craftsmanship throughout his life. Known for his warm, contagious personality, he had a remarkable ability to connect with others, making friends wherever he went.

Born on March 28, 1955, in Louisville, Paul was the beloved son of Eugene and Doris (Smith) Bell. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Bell Jr.; his mother, Doris Bell; and his brothers, Mike Bell and David Bell.

Paul is survived by his loving family, including sisters Jeanne-Carole Hall and Doris Ann Bell-Murphy, and brothers Lee E. (Beverly) Bell and Keith (Melissa Kiper) Bell. He also leaves behind 13 nieces and nephews, along with a multitude of extended family and friends, all of whom will hold his memory dear.
