Patrick Andrew Grace, 31, of New Albany, IN passed away on November 22, 2013.
Patrick was born on July 17, 1982 in Morehead, Kentucky. He was united in marriage on October 10, 2010 to Brittany Nicole Brightman and to this union brought two beautiful children to bless their home. Patrick loved nature and enjoyed being outdoors.
Patrick is survived by his loving wife, Brittany Grace; sons, Hunter Monroe Grace & Noah Benjamin Grace; parents, Jack & Diana Grace; brother, Lee Grace; grandmother, Anne Caudill.
A Memorial Gathering will take place from 1 to 2 PM on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Silver Heights Camp (501 Camp Avenue, New Albany, IN) with a Memorial Service immediately following at 2 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a memorial fund for Hunter and Noah Grace at any PNC Bank under the name of Brittany Grace.
