Patrick Adams

Patrick Adams, 83, died on October 25, 2026. He was born on July 29, 1943, in Schenectady, New York, to the late Barney and Antoinette Adams.

Pat lived a life marked by devotion to his family, service to his country, and dedication to his work. He proudly served in the United States Navy, and later retired after many years as an electrical engineer. Those who knew him will remember a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was deeply family oriented. He will also be remembered for his great sense of humor and his curiosity, qualities that brought warmth and joy to the people around him.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Barbara Adams; his son, Brian Adams and his wife, Jessica Powell; his daughter, Tracy Adams and her husband John Ottersbach; and his grandson, Rowan Adams. He also leaves many close family members and friends who will miss him very much and who will carry his memory forward with affection.

In addition to his parents, Barney and Antoinette Adams, Pat was preceded in death by his siblings, Catherine Dodge and Ronald Adams.

Patrick will be remembered with love for the life he shared with those closest to him, for the laughter he inspired, and for the steady presence he brought to his family and friends. His memory will remain a lasting comfort to all who knew him. Pat's family will announce a life celebration at a later date.
