Patricia "Pat" L. Willis, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020. She was born in Louisville on July 25, 1948 to Wesley Bouggess and Ada Miles. She was a devoted member of Portland Memorial Baptist Church. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years, James A. Willis, Jr.; her father, Wesley Bouggess; and a son-in-law, Eric Burden, Sr.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Ada Miles; her children, Tonda Burnett, Sean Burnett, Antonio Burnett, Sr., James Laws, LaQuita Burden, James (TeeTee) Willis, III, Patrice Willis, Elisha Willis; grandchildren, Aspen Burnett, Parker Laws, Antonio Burnett, Jr., Leonard Brown, Jr., Jazeara Burden, Layla Goodwin, Michael Gaines, Jr., Madison Willis, Chuckie Penick, III, Eric Burden, Jr., Jai Michael Willis, Maelana Laws, Elise Laws and Daelyn Ellis; a brother, Robert "Tony" (Becky) Miles; a sister-in-law, Barbara Lewis; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals- Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel. Due to the COVID 19 restrictions, family will be letting information known if regulations are lifted.
