Patricia is preceded by her first husband William A. Hazelip, and her second husband Donald L. Wallace. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Bill Hazelip, Susan Hazelip (Christopher) Jarl, Michael Hazelip, and Rob (Cindy) Hazelip; her step-son, Aaron Wallace and his family; her grandchildren, Michael Dorten, Mary Lynn (Garry) Kelley, Tony (Brandy) Hazelip, Robby (Kayla) Hazelip, Brandon (Kaitlynn) Hazelip, Zachary Hazelip, Samuel (Summer) Hazelip, and Noah Hazelip; her great-grandchildren, Annie, Danny, Eiley, Rosie, C.J., Ashlynn, William "Buddy", and Rowan; her bonus brother Richard Gilbert and his children, Abbie and Nate.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) from 4:00pm – 8:00pm.
