Patricia Lee Voyles

Patricia Lee Voyles, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 13, 2021.

Pat was Baptist by faith. She was born on December 25, 1945 in Shelbyville, KY to the late Raymond Norman and Maxine Jewel (Giles) Norman. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, David Voyles; loving sister-in-law, Jane Southerland; brother-in-law, Gerald "Jerry" Voyles; mother-in-law, Susie Voyles; father-in-law, Gerald Voyles.

She is survived by her devoted brothers; Ray (Carla) Norman, Jerry (Gail) Byers; sisters-in-law, Susan Lee, Julie (Warren) McClure. She was dearly loved and will be missed by Donna and Garland Bostic, Janie and Paul Fargen and their families, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.

She was a devoted wife, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend. She worked at the University of Louisville hospital as a Medicare Team Lead. She worked at the hospital over 40 years. Pat was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She loved bowling with her friends and family, and enjoyed many trips with good friends. She had that sweet smile and a funny or sarcastic word for everyone she met. She loved to get together with friends and play cards or games.

She will be greatly missed by all those who have loved and known her.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 am on Monday, May 24, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Patricia's memory be made to the charity of your choice.
