Patricia Ann Stansbury

Patricia Ann (Jaynes) Stansbury, 78, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. Pat was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the VFW #3281. She was a devoted wife and mother who was a very gifted quilter.

She was born on September 7, 1941, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late George and Lorena (Killin) Jaynes. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, George, Donald, and David Jaynes; and sister, Mary Jaynes.

Pat is survived by her loving husband, Jim Stansbury; daughter, Kimberly (Bryan) Bowling; stepdaughter, Donna Stafford; sisters, Carolyn Henriott, Lorena Richards, and Cathy Robinson; grandchildren, Elizabeth Pritchard, Emily Pritchard, Madison Pritchard, and Bryan Cook, great-granddaughter, Jada Cook; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, at the funeral home.

The family requests that contributions in Patricia's memory be made to First Baptist Church (2402 E 10th St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
