Patricia Ann Guest Sadler, 64, passed away on July 13, 2019. She graduated from Western High School in 1974 and was of Catholic faith. Patricia was a hard worker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She had a kind heart, loving eyes and a sweet smile with a contagious laugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen and Massie Guest and cousin,Terry Langley.

Patricia is survived by her son, George Givens, Jr.; daughter, Leslie (Chris) Summitt; grandchildren, Devin Givens, Madison Givens, D'Angelo Braxton, Andrew Summitt and Emma Summitt; cousins, Nancy (Byron), Trudy (Kevin), Becky (Steve), Lesa (Denny) and Junior Langley and uncle, Donnie Langley.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 1pm-6pm with a celebration of Patricia's life beginning at 6pm.
