Patricia Lynn Poore

Patricia Lynn Poore, born on January 23, 1960, in Grayson County, Kentucky, passed away on May 13, 2025, at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. 

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal (Robert Cole) Poore; her grandchildren, Dustin Ray Sallee, Brittany Sallee (Jacob Palmer), Destiny Sallee (Carlos Reyes), and Breanna Sallee; great grandson, Israel Exodus Palmer; brother, Wallace Foreman; along with several nieces and nephews, and a special sister-in-law, Patricia Poore.

Patricia is preceded in death by her father, John Edward Foreman; her mother, Alta Foreman; her sister, Joyce Ann Heath; and her brothers, Robert Foreman and William Foreman. 

As we reflect on the life of Patricia Lynn Poore, we celebrate the love, kindness, and strength she provided to her family. She leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her spirit will continue to inspire those she touched throughout her life.
