Patricia M. Davis, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 4, 2016.
Patricia was born on November 20, 1936, in Muhlenburg Co, Kentucky to the late Lonnie and Eula (Powell) Maddox. She was also preceded in death by brother, Joe Maddox.
Patricia is survived by her children, Keith (Natalia) Davis, Lori D. (Michael) Mehlbauer, and Laura (William) Meyers; and sisters, Ann Bishop and Carolyn Naiser.
