Patricia Ann Flaherty

Patricia Ann Flaherty, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 9, 2021.

She was born on January 26, 1957 in Champaign, Illinois to Charles and Elizabeth (Fallon) Hager. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband and soul mate of 41 years, Richard Patrick Flaherty.

Patricia graduated from Doss High School. She retired from the University of Louisville Hospital as a Medical Billing Supervisor. She loved reading and gardening. She enjoyed visiting and sharing stories with her neighbors. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and loved ones. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Patricia is survived by her son, Shaun Flaherty; twin daughters, Shannon & Megan K. Flaherty; brother, Terry (Felicia) Hager; sister, Brenda (John) Hamilton; 2 nieces; 2 nephews; and her beloved dog, Scrappy.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).

The family requests that contributions in Patricia's memory be made to her family.
