Patricia Ann "Trish" Duvall, age 82 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026.

Patricia Ann “Trish” Duvall passed peacefully on January 29, 2026, at the home of her daughter, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on September 11, 1943, at the old Saint Anthony Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.Pat lived a long and meaningful life defined by love, family, friendship, and a genuine care for others. After graduating from high school, she devoted herself to her family as a homemaker. Once her two children reached school age, she began her professional career, as many women of her generation did, working as a secretary at Nationwide Insurance. But if you knew Pat, you knew she would never allow limitations to define her. Through determination, intelligence, and grit, she rose through the ranks and retired as a Senior Claims Adjuster after 23 years of dedicated service.Above all, Pat was a devoted wife, a doting and fiercely protective mother, a wonderful sister, and a loyal friend to many. Her strength was unmistakable. Those who crossed her path—especially when it came to her children or her beloved pets—quickly learned that her kindness was matched by her feistiness. Her heart for family was her greatest hallmark. Whether opening her home to siblings, spoiling nieces and nephews, or caring for her brother’s children, family was always at the center of Pat’s life.Pat was a devout Catholic and found joy in supporting Saint Aloysius Parish, especially during the years her grandchildren attended school there. She cherished those connections and the sense of community they provided.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Renfro, and her brothers, Charles “Sonny” Renfro and Frances “Hunks” (Joyce) Renfro.

Pat and her husband, Earl, shared 62 years of marriage—a remarkable testament to love, commitment, and partnership. Together they raised two children, Robin (Greg) and Keith (Heather) and were later blessed with five grandchildren: Lunden, Karson, Myles, Geran (Helena), and Alysha (Jeremy), as well as five great-grandchildren: Grace, Ashyr, Jersey, Sophia, and Alyza. She is also lovingly remembered by a host of close and cherished nieces and nephews.  Pat is also survived by her sister, Dorothy (Danny) Ashlock; brother, Robert “Bobby” (Connie) Renfro; and a host of relatives and friends.
