Pamela Delies Wood

Pamela Delies Wood, age 51 of Danville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She attended Hammond Baptist High School in Indiana. Pam was retired from Greenacres Police Department in Greenacres, FL as a dispatcher after 10 years of service. She enjoyed country line dancing and motorcycle riding. Pam was preceded in death by her sister, Amanda Wood; and her grandparents, Price Estes and Zella Lucille Cooper
.
Pam leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Kaila Edlin (Brandon); her mother, Nellie "Faye" Wood; her father, Turner Wood (Carol); her companion, Troy Johnson; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 12 to 2 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive (in Middletown), with a celebration of Pam's life at 2pm. Burial will follow in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery.
