Pamela Kaye Ricketts

Pamela Kaye Ricketts, a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on September 17, 2024. Born on August 30, 1955 in New Albany, Indiana.

Pam’s personality shone brightly throughout her life. She had a big heart and a caring nature that endeared her to everyone around her. She had an immense love for animals, particularly her beloved dog, Bo.

Pam is survived by her devoted daughter, Melissa Ricketts, and her loving son, Anthony Ricketts. Her spirit lives on through her grandchildren, Kasey, Bayli, and Mckenna Hammonds, as well as her five great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride. She cherished each moment spent with them. She is also survived by her sister, Sherry Ryan (John).

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Bailey Sr. and Norma Langdon Bailey; and her siblings, Albert Bailey Jr., Robert Bailey, and Debbie Weigleb. 

As we bid farewell to Pam Kaye Ricketts, we remember not only the sacrifices she made for her loved ones but also the countless ways she filled our lives with joy and love. Her big heart and unwavering spirit will live on in the voices of her children, the laughter of her grandchildren, and the love of her great-grandchildren. Pam will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Cremation was chosen following Pam's wishes and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
