Pamela "Pam" Pollard, 66, of Fairdale, Kentucky, departed from this world on Thursday, August 21, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Pam was a devoted wife, mother, sister, GiGi, and friend who embraced life with open arms. Her passion for cooking, her joy in shopping, and her warmth for attending church services at Gospel Lighthouse reflected her vibrant spirit. Pam was a people person; whether conversing with friends or sharing stories with strangers, her outgoing and outspoken nature made her a beloved presence to all who knew her. She found her greatest happiness in the company of her family and her cherished fur-babies, and her grandchildren were her pride and joy, lighting up her life in every way.
Born on September 3, 1958, in Louisville, Kentucky, Pam was the daughter of Almon and Cora (Peck) Perry. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Charles "Charlie" Pollard, who preceded her in death.
Pam leaves behind a loving family that includes her daughters, Heather (Tony) Smothers and Genny Pollard, sons, Brian (Erica) Johnson and Chucky Pollard, as well as her grandchildren, Hunter (Kelly), Bailey, Chase, Ethan, Malachi, Josh, Phillip, Caleb, and her great-grandchild, Dawson. She also leaves her sister, Thelma Higdon, her brothers, Mason (Diane) Perry, Jr. and Terry Perry, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her memory.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy. A Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 pm at the same location.
