Pamela Jean Moore, born on September 1, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky, embarked on her eternal journey on August 8, 2025, leaving behind a legacy imbued with love, kindness, and a remarkable spirit that touched all who were fortunate enough to cross her path. A proud and devoted member of St. Paul at Shivley Heights, Pamela embraced her church family with an unwavering passion that exemplified her generous heart and unwavering faith.

In her vibrant lifetime, Pamela demonstrated a profound commitment to her children’s activities during their formative years. This engagement not only nurtured the interests of her children but also forged deep connections within the community, as she never met a stranger. Her warm and welcoming demeanor drew people in, making them feel at home, and her laughter harmonized beautifully with the lives she enriched.

Pamela was an avid supporter of the University of Louisville, proudly cheering for her team with unbridled enthusiasm. Her spirited dedication to her passions mirrored the fervor of her life, wherein she cultivated friendships and a supportive network that woven beautifully together within the fabric of her community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Leo and Virginia O'Bannon.

Pamela leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband of 46 years, Rickey Moore; children, Krishounna (Joseph) Valentine, Elery Moore and Bryan Moore; host of grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Joyce O'B-Easton, Glenda (Gary) Bradley, Cynthia (Earl) Moore, Arthur (Theresa) O'Bannon, Jr. and Carla Lige and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. 

As we gather to celebrate her remarkable life, we invite family and friends to pay their respects during the visitation on  Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service that will begin at 6:00 PM, all to be held at St. Paul at Shivley Heights, located at 2627 Crums Lane, Louisville, Kentucky.

Pamela Jean Moore leaves behind a cherished admiration in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her deeply. Her gentle spirit and devotion to family, community, and faith will forever echo in the lives she touched, reminding us all of the beauty inherent in connection and compassion.
