Pamela Hester-Greenwell

Pamela Hester-Greenwell, (Pam) was born on October 7, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky, and passed away on January 24, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Pam found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren, Savannah Hatchell (Pedro) and Hunter Greenwell. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Marcum (Matt), and her son, Lindsey Greenwell (Robin), who will cherish her memory and the love she imparted throughout her life. Pam also leaves behind her cherished brothers, Bill Hester (Mary) and Kevin Hester (Tina), along with a loving niece and two nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Pam was a proud graduate of Presentation Academy, an institution that she valued greatly. Her commitment to service was evident in her volunteering efforts at St. Matthews Ministry.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Delores Hester, and William Scally. Their legacies and love will continue to resonate within her family, as memories of Pam remain a guiding light for them all.

Pam’s visitation will be held on February 5, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a memorial service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville, located at 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243.

Pam will be remembered for her unwavering love and the indelible mark she left on her family and friends.
