Pamela R Barth

Pamela R. Barth, born on September 10, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, in her hometown. She was a dedicated professional known for her work at General Electric as an Assembly Line Technician, followed by her role as General Manager at Fat Alberts Catering, and ultimately serving as the In-Patient Registration Manager at Jewish Hospital. Pamela was deeply committed to her career and exemplified hard work and dedication throughout her life.

A proud graduate of Ahrens High School, Class of 1970, Pamela furthered her education at Sullivan College of Business from 1987 to 1989, where she achieved Magna Cum Laude honors, earning Associate degrees in both Business Management and Business Leadership. Her academic accomplishments were a testament to her passion for learning and self-improvement.

Pamela's vibrant spirit was reflected in her interests and hobbies. She cherished family time, enjoyed listening to live music, and loved to dance. She was an active member of Southeast Christian Church, where she found joy and fellowship within her community.

She is survived by her son, Marshall Clark, Jr.; daughter, Shawn Clark; sister, Betty Potts; cousin, Jean Davidson; and grandchildren, Rushna Khiani and Traclyn Clark. Pamela will be dearly missed by her family and friends, who were fortunate to know her warmth and kindness.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, Charles Barth; mother, Ruby Barth-Ferguson; stepfather, Roger Ferguson; and siblings, Harry Barth, Benny Barth, and Sherry Barth.

Visitation will take place on August 4, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Following the funeral service a graveside service will take place at Jeffersontown Cemetery.  She leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.
