Oscar J. Bailey Jr., 84, of Brandenburg, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

He was born on December 2, 1941 in Harlan, Kentucky to Oscar and Lorain (Shoop) Bailey. He is preceded in death by his Father, Oscar John Bailey, Sr., Mother, Lorain Bailey, Sister, Lola Stewart, Sister, Lorain Bailey, Martha Johnson, Mike Bailey, Omega Burnett, and Sandra Bailey.

Oscar is survived by his loving brother, Clifford (Terri) Bailey, Nephews, Gordon Stewart, Jeff Johnson, and Tony Johnson, Niece, Jenny Bailey, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
