Oquilla Shanett Everett, 42, of Louisville passed away on December 30, 2014. Oquilla was a member of God's Will Christian Fellowship where she sang in the choir.
She was born on February 17, 1972, the daughter of Gregory Brown and Charlotte Elliott. Her mother preceded her in death.
Oquilla is survived by her husband of 20 years, Antoine Everett, Sr.; father, Gregory Brown; daughters, Shanett, Letitia, and Aceana Everett, Jonikia Lacy and Jaquish Brown; sons, Antoine Everett, Jr. and Robert Wright; and sister, Inell Brown.
Funeral service will be held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 12:00pm at New Horizon Full Gospel Baptist Church (2202 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40211) with visitation from 10:00am until time of service. Burial will follow in Green Meadows Cemetery.
