Ollie Mason Phillips Jr., 40, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021.
Ollie was born on May 19, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ollie and Delores Phillips. He is preceded in death by his father.
Ollie is survived by his mother, Delores Phillips, daughters, Isaiah Phillips, and Makayla Phillips, brother, Charles Phillips, and sister, Sherry Phillips.
Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Smithfield Cemetery in Smithfield, Kentucky.
