Olga Geller, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on April 3, 2022. She was born to Dmitri & Frida Rosenblit in Russia and was raised alongside one sister.
Olga went on to achieve her PhD in Russia and practice as an OBGYN for 20+ years. When she moved to Kentucky, she went back to school to achieve her Associate's Degree in Child Development. She worked in a daycare facility for 10+ years and loved every minute. In her free time, Olga was always checking in on her boys. She loved spending time with her son and grandsons. She also enjoyed cooking her special Russian dishes.
Olga is preceded in death by her parents, Dmitri & Frida Rosenblit. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving son Feliks (Amanda) Geller; her two grandsons, Dustin Geller & Eli Geller; her sister, Jane (Leo) Dankowski, and her nephew, Mark (Julia) Dankowski. She leaves behind a special legacy with all the lives she touched while working with children and early childhood development.
The family has chosen cremation and entrusted Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with her care. There will be a family celebration held in her honor scheduled for a later date.
