O'Day Fontenot, 55, of Louisville, passed away on January 18, 2015. O'Day was a meat cutter at Meijer for many years and a member at Southminster Baptist Church.
O'Day was born on April 28, 1959, in Fort Gordon, GA to the late O'day and Helen (Stevanson) Fontenot.
Survivors include his significant other, Donna Butler; son, Jason Fontenot; daughters, Tiffany Jackson and Kelly Fontenot; sisters, Becky, Debbie, and Dona; and brother, David.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). O'Day's funeral will be held at 10:00am Thursday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
