Norman Lynn Stoess, Sr., 67, of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
He was born on June 20, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Lucy (Cheeks) Stoess. He is preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters. He loved Elvis, Dale Earnhardt, Sr, NASCAR, playing Horseshoes, Dancing, Karaoke, UofL Basketball, and his fur babies, BB, Bingo, and Goldie. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandbabies. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Norman is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Patricia E. Stoess, son, Norman Lynn (Leann) Stoess, Jr., son, Timothy Lloyd (Jennifer) Phelps, son, Mark A. (Veronica) Phelps, son, David Emery Kirk, daughter, Venesa Overfelt, daughter, Joy Riggs (Jeremy) Parsley, 15 grandchildren, sister, Sherry "Nan" Yates.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Vine Grove Cemetery in Vine Grove, Kentucky.
