Norman W. Patterson
June 17, 1933 — April 3, 2017
Norman W. Patterson, 83, Louisville, passed away on April 3, 2017. He was an Army veteran who served during the Korean War. Norman loved listening and singing southern gospel music with local groups. His occupation was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Patterson-Ward and several brothers and sisters.
Norman is survived by his wife, Phyllis Patterson; children, Kathryn Keith, Jerry Patterson and Donna (Bill) Brown; his first born grandchild, Tammy Shea and 6 other grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 3 step-children, Sheri Anne, Scott and Diane and sister, Mary Lena Linehan
Visitation will be Friday, April, 7, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) from 12pm-7pm with a celebration of Norman's life beginning at 7pm.
Burial will be Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 1pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, (201 N. Dixie Blvd., Radcliff, KY).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hosparus of Louisville, 3532 Ephraim McDowell Drive Louisville, KY 40205.
