Norma Lee (Kessinger) Mckinley

Norma Lee (Kessinger) McKinley, 87, of Georgetown, Indiana passed away peacefully on Monday morning, December 31, 2018. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bradford, Indiana. Norma enjoyed square dancing and in her younger years had been an employee at the White House and Fair Store in downtown New Albany.

She was born on May 25, 1931 in Floyd County, Indiana to the late George and Rose (Hellmann) Kessinger. Norma was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer "Fred" McKinley.

Norma is survived by her sons, Rev. Stephen McKinley O.F.M. Conv., Dan McKinley, David McKinley (Khris), Pat McKinley (Lisa), Doug McKinley (Brenda); brothers, Jerry Kessinger, Mike Kessinger (Donna); 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 3, 2018 from 3 PM to 8 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Friday after 10 AM at the church. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church (11400 Farmers Lane NE, Greenville, IN 47124) with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
