Norma Jean(Colvin) Vessels

Norma Jean (Colvin) Vessels, 74, of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 13, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was an active and proud member of the Moose Lodge #2276 in Zephyrhills, FL. Norma held many positions in the WOTM thru out her life and achieved the highest honor of colloge Regents. She was also an avid bowler, loved to dance, and was a huge UK fan.

She was born on July 8, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William, Sr. and Catherine (Simpson) Colvin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Vessels.

Norma is survived by her children, Dan Vessels (JoAnn), Tim Vessels (Helen), Lonnie "Missey" Badgett (Ed); brother, William Colvin, Jr.; grandchildren, Sheila, Shawn, Lisa, Nicki, DJ, Kelli, Ross, Cory; 11 great-grandchildren; special friend, Claudia Curry; and her four legged sidekick, Casey Jo.

Services for Norma will be held later this week at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, Florida with entombment taking place in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City, Florida.
