Norbert was born on November 5, 1931 in Evanston, Illinois to Henry and Marie Miller. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Son, Bradley Bennett, Brothers, Henry Miller, Robert Miller, and Jerome Miller, Grandchildren, Jason Bennett, and Ryan Bennett.
Norbert is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Vilma Miller, Daughter, Alison Schachtner, Sons, Jackson Bennett, David Bennett, and Christopher Miller, Grandchildren, Jeffrey Bennett, Joseph Bennett, Alexandra Schachtner, Andrew Schachtner, and Joseph Schachtner, Great-Grandchildren, Jackson Bennett, Bella Bennett, Cecelia Briscoe, Isadora Bennett, Richard Irwin Williams, III, Silas Schachtner, and Xenia Schachtner.
