He was a retired from the HVAC industry, a Catholic by faith and an avid UK fan.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Oakes Hagan, his children, Nichole Oakes, Angela Marie Henning and Tonya Sue Oakes,his grand children, Willow Whitehead and Piper Dean Oakes, and brothers and sisters, Rita Soper ,Charles Hagan, Jacinta Collins, Mark Hagan, MaryJana Hagan, Edwin Hagan, Maria Hagan Stephens.
Per Mr. Hagan request all services are private.
