Nichelle Denise Ralston

Nichelle Denise Ralston, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Nichelle was a loving daughter, sister, and friend. She found Christ early in life and united with Shiloh Baptist Church. She was a no nonsense young woman who was strong in character. She loved to cook and really loved to eat good food. The most important thing to her was her family who she loved with all her heart. Even though she was sick for many years she never showed any bitterness about it and just kept living her life. Nichelle was truly a child of God and will be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of truly knowing her.

She was born on June 19, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky to Terrance Anthony and Mary Jo Ralston. She is preceded in death by her father, Terrance Wayne Anthony and bonus dad, Ronald Carter.

Nichelle is survived by her loving mother, Mary Jo Carter; brother, Fabian Ralston, Sr.; uncles, Ed Ralston, Ben Ralston, Herbert (Pam) Ralston, Colie Ralston, Curtis Anthony, Jeffery Anthony, Larry Anthony, Michael Anthony; aunts, Margie Ralston, Hallie McNeil, Hazelle Ralston, Sharon Chandler, and Alma Crutcher; nieces, Keishia Woods, Morgan Hampton, Fabriana Ralston, and Talaysia Ralston; nephews, Fabian Ralston, Jr. and James Ralston. As well as a host of cousins, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:30 am on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Nichelle's memory be made to The Kidney Disease Program or The Lupus Foundation.
