Nellie M. (Guttman) Wilcox, 83, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020. She enjoyed both reading and crocheting.
She was born on July 11, 1936, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Simon and Margaret (Kruer) Guttman. Nellie was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wilcox; son, Thomas Wilcox; grandson, Greg Love; and siblings, Evelyn Hopper, and Paul, Harry, Charlie, and Florence Guttman.
Nellie is survived by her children, Ted Wilcox (Lisa), Chris Wilcox (Tarina), Mary Love, and Barbara Moller; grandchildren, Dustin Wilcox (Hilary), Mike Love, Wyatt Wilcox, and Breanna Nowling (Clay); and great-grandchildren, Dylan, Willow, Cora, and Miles.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her funeral service will be held privately and burial will take place at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
