Narvel A. Nealy

Narvel A. Nealy, 98, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Narvel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend. She always loved spending time with her family playing board games specifically "Sorry". She would always have a phone in her hand waiting on her grandchildren to call. Narvel will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on December 12, 1922 in Boyce, Kentucky to Asa and Maude (Minton) Jaggers. She is preceded in death by her father, Asa Jaggers, mother, Maude Jaggers; husband, Harry Nealy; daughters, Linda Mae Perkins and Judy Fay Nealy.

Narvel is survived by her loving family, children, Brenda K. (Ronald) Carroll, Betty J. (John) Mattingly, and Harry W. (Terese) Nealy; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Bill (Faye) Jaggers and Jean Stohr. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Marthas Chapel Cemetery in Alvaton, KY at 2pm Central Time.
