Nancy Scheitlin, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 9, 2015. She retired from Meijers.
Nancy was born on December 20, 1941in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Ronald and Dorothy (Padgett) Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her soulmate, Jerry (Mr. B) as well as two sisters, Shirley Allison and Betty Jones.
Nancy is survived by her children, Ruth Ann Rickert, Charles James Scheitlin, and four grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with funeral services to follow at 1:00pm. Burial will immediately follow at Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218).
Memorial contributions may be made to The Wounded Warriors Project and the American Heart Association.
