Nancy Lee Robinson

March 20, 1949 — December 23, 2022

Nancy Lee Robinson (née Struck), 73, passed away suddenly on the evening of December 23, 2022 at Baptist East Hospital.

She was a loving mother, nana, sibling and friend. She grew up in the Highlands, attending St. Francis of Assisi grade school and Atherton High School. Nancy then attended both Murray State University & the University of Louisville majoring in art. She was a talented and gifted artist, winning awards for her work in high school. A talent she continued to practice her entire life. Nancy was an office manager at a Germantown dental office for almost twenty five years, a job she enjoyed every day.

She loved playing games, be it marathon Bridge sessions with her friends to fiercely competitive Scrabble matches with her niece, Stephanie and, being a good Kentucky native, she usually had a glass of Yellowstone & Diet Coke by her side. She was a loving, funny, intelligent smart aleck who could tell a great story and make people smile. She will be greatly missed.

Nancy was born March 20, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to James & Lucille (née Fowler) Struck. She is preceded in death by her father, James Struck; mother, Lucille Struck; brother, Jimmy Struck; and brother-in-law Bobby Springston.

Nancy is survived by her loving family, son, Tony Robinson; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Robinson (née Fournaris); grandson, Zachary Robinson; sisters, Martha Springston and Susan Struck; brother, Bob Struck; and best friend, Christy Hora.

No public service will be held at Nancy's request.

Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).
