Nancy Lee Ensley, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019.
She was born on April 14, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Vrchota) Sedlacek. She is preceded in death by her husband William Ensley, Jr. and brother Charles Joseph Sedlacek.
Nancy is survived by her children Beth Ensley, Mark Ensley, Kim Lacefield, Scott Ensley (Monica), sister, Betty Lou Cunningham, grandchildren, Billy Bond, Bobby Bond, Jason Devaldivielso and great-grandchildren Tyler and Kennison.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2019 from 3:00 pm until the time of memorial service at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
The family requests that contributions in Nancy's memory be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
