Myrna Harper, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
She was born on July 5, 1945 in Louisville to the late Edward and Catherine Lutz She is also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James R. Harper ; grandsons, Joshua and Justin Vineyard; and her sister, Catherine Johnson.
Myrna is survived by her daughter, Robin Vineyard (Keith); son, Chris Harper; grandchildren, Rene Hurt (Ryan), Caitlynn Harper, Madisynn Harper; brothers, Edward Lutz (Georgia) and Gilbert Lutz (Bobbi).
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 2, 2021 and 9:00 am to 10:00 am Friday, September 3, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.
The family requests that contributions in Myrna's memory be made to the Home of the Innocents.
