Morriscell Middleton

Morriscell Middleton, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. She accepted Christ at an early age and later became a faithful member of DaySpring Missionary Baptist Church.

She held several positions in the Church, including Pastors Aid Committee and Building Committee, which helped establish the current location.

She was always ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Morriscell had no shame in letting anyone know that she was here to praise God and God only. She loved God for saving her soul.

She was born on March 11, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky to Excell and Anna Moore. She is preceded in death by her parents, her Son, Anthony Moore, Brothers, Willie Louis Whittaker, Suddie Lee Whitiker, and Excell Moore, Jr., Sisters, Lucille Ella Marie Moore, Mary Louise Brown, and Mary Elizabeth Moorman.

Morriscell is survived by her Daughters, Deltresa Moore, Amanda (Anthony) Siffel, and Clevonda Moore, her Sons, Doral (Patricia) Moore, Sr., Lamont Moore, John Moore, her Sister, Sallie Whittaker, and Brother, Gus A. Moore, 17 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at DaySpring Missionary Baptist Church, 1111 S. 8th St., Louisville, KY 40203. Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, at the church with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
