Mona Lisa (Keith) Horn, 58, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017.
She was born on December 1, 1958, in Scottsburg to the late Donald Keith and Shirley (Johnson) Stark. Mona is survived by her husband of 28 years, William Horn; children, Clint Fisher (Krissy), Aaron Fisher, and Brandy Horn; and 7 grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Mona's wishes, and Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care. The family requests that contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (1640 Lyndon Farm Court, Suite 104, Louisville, Kentucky 40223).
