Mildred Mayola Mahoney , 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. Mayola enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially her grandchildren.
She was born on January 26, 1938 in Canmer, Kentucky to James and Eula (Brown) Highbaugh. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Delbert "Pete" Mahoney, Parents, Daughter, Lena Tomes, and Grandchildren, Andrew Mahoney, Samantha Mahoney, and John Swift.
Mayola is survived by her, Daughters, LaDonna (Eddie ) Swift, Linda Baker, and Cathy Capshaw, and Son, Delton Mahoney. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, and a host of friends and extended family.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
