Michelle Beams, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021. She was born on May 7, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lloyd Bennett and Helen Cottrell.

In addition to her parents, Michelle is preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny Fowler and Debbie Bishop.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 36 years, David Beams; children, Jessica (Shane) Kiger and Scott (Amber) Beams; grandchildren, Jayanna Smith, Kevin Kiger, and Raven Stephens; siblings, Kenneth (Debbie) Fowler, Dennis (Faith) Fowler, Pam Klaue; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members.

A service to celebrate Michelle's life will take place at 3:00 pm on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). The family will accept guests for visitation prior to the service from 11:00 am-3:00 pm at the funeral home.
