Michael Todd "Arrow" Wilson, 51, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 7, 2020. He was a 1987 graduate of New Albany High School, where he played on the Bulldogs football team. Arrow was a long-time employee at Brown-Forman in Louisville. He helped coach his children and grandchildren in multiple sports.
He had a personality that was larger than life and was considered a best friend to many. Arrow was known to light up any room he entered; he was the party. He had been a member of several local bands and enjoyed sharing his talent, playing the congas and bongos. Arrow was selfless and always willing to participate in events that supported our local community. He had a love for both the United States and Aruba, as well as a love for Old Forester bourbon, the Kentucky Wildcats, the Chicago Cubs, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Arrow was born on July 4, 1968, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Robert Wilson and the late Sandra Jenkins. Along with his father, Arrow is survived by his fiancée, Carrie Wilson; children, Ryne, Trent, and Haley Wilson; siblings, Sherri, Margo, and Willie Wilson and Rosie Tombleson; grandchildren, Kysn, Rylnn, Taylynn, and Jayce Wilson and Kian and Koralyn; nieces and nephews, Sandy, Marshall, and Weston, as well as many others; and a large extended family here in the States and in Aruba.
