Michael Parrish, 59, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017.
He was born on June 14, 1958, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late George, Sr., and Katie Mae (Duncan) Parrish. He was also preceded in death by his brother, George Parrish, Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Kenya Whiteside; sons, Antwan Thompson and Ryan Parrish; siblings, Rebecca Stewart, Denise Parrish Beckwith (Robert), Melvin (Mary), Donald (Karen), Richard (Thosha), Kenny (Brenda), and Phillip Parrish; grandchildren, Kaleah Todd, Ebenni, Ja'Kobie, and Kahlyse Whiteside, Autumn and Anstion Thompson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Galatian Baptist Church (2020 Maryland Avenue, New Albany) with his Funeral Service taking place at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at West Haven Cemetery in New Albany.
